Below you will find the most common integrated dishwasher flashing LED codes and combination codes that can occur during the lifetime of your appliance, as well as instructions on how to resolve the issue and, if necessary, how to contact our consumer service team.
Please select all the flashing LED’s in sequential order to reveal what your error code could mean.

If the LED’s are arranged differently please select an alternative configuration.
Issue: If LED 1 is showing on your integrated dishwasher this could mean that the bowl float micro switch electrical circuit may be open (it must be closed). Be sure to check the following:
• Water leak
• Float switch or wiring defective
• New main board: Eeprom was programmed off-side, to reset the alarm, switch off and switch on again using the ON/OFF button

Issue: The fill valve is admitting water, even when switched off. Be sure to check the following:
• Fill solenoid valve failure
• Main board fill solenoid valve Mack short-circuiting
• Make certain drain hose is not on the floor

Issue: The following LED combination indicates that the highest drain time has elapsed. Be sure to check the following:
• Drain pump blocked by foreign matter
• Drain pump faulty/disconnected
• Drain hose blocked
• Air bubble in hose
• Check drain pump wiring and connectors at component end and main board end
• Check integrity of drain pump impeller
• Replace drain pump

Issue: When your third LED is showing, this means the thermistor (NTC) circuit is not compliant (break in continually or short-circuit). Be sure to check the following:
• NTC sensor cables disconnected or damaged
• Cables or connectors disconnected or short-circuiting
• NTC sensor wet, short-circuit
• NTC sensor damaged, open circuit

Issue: The pressure switch does not indicate completion of fill, even when the turbine fills the appliance with the correct amount of water. Be sure to check the following:
• Pressure switch faulty
• Pressure switch tube damaged, part replacement required
• Water in air trap
• Air trap damaged, this will require part replacement

Issue: If LED 2 + 3 are on, the maximum gap of time for completion of fill has surpassed. Be sure to check the following:
• Tap closed or partially closed
• Filter hose pinched
• Filter hose filter clogged/bort
• Water pressure low or flow meter doesn’t work
• Water solenoid valve faulty or disconnected

Issue: These lights show when the turbine has given no signal advising entry of water, even when the fill has effectively been finished. Be sure to check the following:
• Turbine faulty or disconnected
• Connector terminals not making contact
• Turbine wiring faulty
• Turbine faulty, disconnected or wet
• Water has been introduced manually
• Filter hose filter obstructed
• Pressure switch faulty

Issue: When your integrated dishwasher shows LED 4, it means the maximum interval of time for establishing temperature has been exceeded (1 hour). Be sure to check the following:
• NTC sensor bracket detached from bowl
• Fault in electrical circuit of heating element
• Heating element ITR incorrectly calibrated/faulty
• Excessive suds
• Heating element false contact
• NTC sensor incorrectly calibrated
• Limescale on heating element. Water hardness setting is not compliant. User not put in in slat
• NTC sensor separated from socket (replaces first check)
• Heating element defective

Issue: If LED 1 + 4 shows on your dishwasher, this means that the software recognition error processor is not programmed. Be sure to check the following:
• Main board not programmed
• Incorrect setting file

Issue: This occurs when the heating element circuit is not compliant (circuit is open). Be sure to check the following:
• Heating element cables disconnected
• Main board relay defective
• Heating element defective
• Main board relay defective

Issue: When the following LED’s are showing, this indicates no communication/power between BLDC/BLACmotor and main board, or motor seized. Be sure to check the following:
• Motor connectors disconnected
• Wiring not compliant
• Foreign matter between motor blades
• Motor defective/seized

Issue: The following lights show that there is no communication/connection between the main board and user interface. Be sure to check the following:
• Fault in main board user interface wiring
• Disconnect from electrical power supply. Wait 2 minutes. Reconnect appliance to power supply and test it again
• User interface defective

Issue: LED 1, 2 and 3 mean that your main board has failed, unfortunately you will need to replace it. You can order your replacement part here.

• Replace wash pump
